§ 6-24. Variance.

Latest version.

The city council may approve variances to any provision of this article at any regular or special meeting. Any such variance shall be entered on the minutes of the meeting at which the variance is approved and shall contain such limitations, restrictions and conditions as the city council may provide for the best interest of the village.
