§ 6-22. Schedule of fees.

(a)

Application to building official. Any person who wishes to obtain a permit for operation of an amusement business shall make application to the building official as set forth in section 6-21.

(b)

Application accompanied by permit fee. The application should be accompanied by a permit fee as currently established or as hereafter adopted by the city council from time to time and kept on file in the office of the city secretary, a portion of which shall be refunded if the permit is not granted.

(c)

Cleanup deposit necessary. A cleanup deposit, as currently established or as hereafter adopted by the city council from time to time and kept on file in the office of the city secretary is to be accompanied with the application to ensure that at expiration of the permit, the owner or operator has removed everything connected with the business and has complied with all of the requirements and has left the area free from any garbage or trash connected with the business and has complied with all of the requirements of sections 6-20 and 6-21.
