§ 6-19. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Affirmative defense shall have the same meaning as prescribed by V.T.C.A., Penal Code § 2.04.

Amusement business means any activity, event, or occupation that utilizes an amusement device.

Amusement device means any vehicle, structure, equipment, or device, whether stationary, mobile, self-propelled, non-self-propelled, mechanical, nonmechanical, and includes, but is not limited to, motor vehicles, bicycles, amusement rides, fun houses, and games which provide entertainment, amusement or transportation to the public for profit. Amusement device does not include parasails, nor does it include any coin operated games.
