§ 4-25. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

License means any beer license granted by the state to any person pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code.

Permit means any liquor permit granted by the state to any person pursuant to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code.

Person means a natural person or association of natural persons, trustee, receiver, partnership, corporation or any other organization to whom a license or a permit, or both, can be issued under the terms of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code.
