§ 48-92. Water system of the village must be inspected prior to going into service.

Any connection to the water system of the village must be inspected by the village inspector prior to such going into service. Use of water services without securing the inspection constitutes theft of services. Any person who represents to others falsely that inspection fees have been paid are likewise guilty of theft of services as defined in V.T.C.A., Penal Code § 31.04, where they, by any means, derived any benefit either directly, indirectly, or remotely by such representation.
