§ 48-19. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Building means any structure attached to any real property.

Occupant means any person in possession of a building who is not the owner thereof.

Owner means any person having title to any land or building other than a leasehold estate.
