§ 46-171. Designated areas and times for golf cart operation.

(a)

Golf carts may be operated on all streets and the south easement of Bluewater Highway (CR257), except as set forth in subsection (b) of this section.

(b)

Golf carts shall not be operated on Surfside Bridge, Bluewater Highway (CR257), and Fort Velasco Boulevard, except to cross such streets at an intersection.

(c)

Golf carts shall not be operated on the pedestrian beach, except for persons with a disability that conspicuously displays a disabled parking placard issued by the State of Texas.

(d)

Golf carts may only be operated during the daytime.
