§ 46-104. Selling or offering to sell commodities on beach prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer to sell to the public upon the public beach any commodity from a mobile vending vehicle.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of a mobile vending vehicle to permit any person to sell any commodity from such vehicle to the public upon the public beach.
