§ 38-20. Transporting.

(a)

The village shall dispose of all recyclable material that is placed in the village containers marked for recycling. It shall be unlawful for any person to place in the recycling containers any household solid waste that is not listed in section 38-19.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person, entity, firm, group, company or corporation to remove aluminum cans or other recyclable items that are placed in the recycling containers for transportation to the Brazosport Recycling Center by the village or their appointee.
