Article II. VENDORS |
§ 30-19. Definitions.
The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
Food vendor means a person or entity conducting sales of food or liquids from a portable building or structure, a mobile or temporary building or structure, or a vehicle upon private real property located within the village.
Individual vendor means a person or entity conducting sales of goods, wares, clothing, jewelry, crafts, furniture, or other like items from a portable building or structure, a mobile or temporary building or structure, or a vehicle upon private real property located within the village.
Master vendor means any person or entity allowing sales of goods, wares, clothing, jewelry, crafts, furniture, or other like items from a portable building or structure, a mobile or temporary building or structure, or a vehicle upon private real property located within the village on property owned by the master vendor permit holder.
