§ 2-301. Use of private property for village business.

Latest version.

No employee of the village shall bring on village property any private property for use in village business, unless it is owned by the employee, and the employee has first obtained the consent of the mayor or chief of police for use of the private personal property for village business. The employee may remove any property owned by the employee at any time.
