§ 28-88. Regulations affecting personal watercraft.

(a)

No person shall operate a personal watercraft during the period between sunset and sunrise.

(b)

No person shall operate a personal watercraft within 50 feet of any other vessel, person, stationary platform, or other object or shore, except another personal watercraft, unless the personal watercraft is being operated at headway speed.

(c)

No person shall operate a personal watercraft within 200 feet of the water's edge except when coming directly into shore or going directly out.
