§ 12-76. Maximum heights.

(a)

The maximum height shall not be greater than 20 feet above mean sea level as determined by an elevation certificate.

(b)

Railings, if used, shall be of open design with a minimum of eight inches on center spacing and not to extend more than four feet above the top of the boathouse.
