§ 12-24. Amendements.

The International Residential Code is hereby amended as follows:

Section R101.1. Insert: Village of Surfside Beach

Subsection R112.1 is amended to read as follows:

Subsection R112.1 General. In order to hear and decide appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by the building official relative to the application and interpretation of this code, the city council of the village shall act as the board of appeals under this code. Any references in this code to the board or board of appeals shall mean the city council sitting as such. The city council, when sitting as the board of appeals, shall render all decisions and findings in writing to the appellant with a duplicate copy to the building official.

Subsection 112.3 , Qualifications, is hereby deleted from the code.

Subsection 112.4 is renumbered to be Subsection R112.3.
